Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, in which at least three independent reviewers, selected by the editors, assess the article. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure impartial evaluation (double-blind). Reviewers’ comments and recommendations serve as the basis for editorial decisions, which are made collectively by the Editor-in-Chief and  Associate Editors, ensuring that your work is considered from multiple perspectives. To be considered for publication in IIJIEMR, articles must align with the journal’s scope, thematic focus, and author guidelines. Submissions that fail to meet requirements regarding style, length,  language quality, or plagiarism thresholds will be rejected. Authors may revise and resubmit, but each revision must be treated as a new submission. Manuscripts with significant language deficiencies, including poor grammar or inadequate translation, will be returned. Authors are responsible for ensuring the language quality prior to resubmission. Reviewers’ suggestions should be carefully addressed, and any unimplemented recommendations must be justified with clear reasoning. Revised manuscripts are expected within two to four weeks, with further revisions requested as needed to meet publication standards.

The editorial team reserves the right to edit accepted manuscripts for formatting, language clarity, and citation accuracy to enhance readability without altering the meaning. Final proofreading remains the responsibility of the authors, who must report any errors prior to publication. The journal bears no responsibility for mistakes discovered after publication. Articles found to violate ethical standards, such as plagiarism or duplicate publication, will be retracted.
